A Mothers touch

Little Dumbo being held by his mother, we all know what that touch feels like, it is a feeling of being safe and knowing that our mothers will always be there regardless of our ups and down. this painting id dedicated to all of our mothers, to let them know that everyday is mothers day, and even tho we do wrong we know her hug, kiss and smile will guide us to do right. Para mi hermosa Mama con mucho Amor.

This painting I am very proud to have finished it. I began this painting about five months ago. I could not seem to get it done. it just laid in my room,until i took it to my old painting professor(he was not much help) two of my old classmates were in there and they gave me the idea of having him be standing up, this is the final piece thanks to them.

Bungie a few weeks ago had a competition to come up with the image of this A.I., a voice which is heard throughout HALO REACH. lately i have been drawing like crap, im having one of those months where no matter how much i push my drawing, nothing comes out right... so this concept is a fail, but with each fail comes accomplishment. ENJOY MY STRUGGLE!=] the gouache painting could have came out alot stronger. although i feel that the idea was strong.

2011 is here and sorry old timer your times up. 2010 was rough but fill with happy times as well. lets not wait another year to change. each day is new,make the change at the moment.
